We receive your enquiry and follow up with a call to you for more information on your requirements.

We request for pictures of the property or schedule a physical inspection of your home.

We carefully assess all the cleaning requirements in your home depending on what extent of cleaning you require and at what frequency

We provide our best quotation for our services.

Upon approval, we arrive at your home with our cleaning equipment and supplies and checklist every day and/or at an agreed time.

Once we complete our job, we seek your feedback.

Are you cleaners experienced for domestic cleaning?

Our cleaners are selected with significant experience in domestic house cleaning. Also, they are taken through proper orientation and cleaning training to perform their cleaning tasks efficiently.

Are your cleaners screened and validated?

Absolutely. Our cleaners go through an initial screening process that includes a police check, background checks, in-person interviews and reference checks.

Are cleaning supplies provided by Cosy Clean?

We get our own equipment and products. These products are commercially graded to perform cleaning tasks efficiently.

What is the minimum bookable hours for a cleaning shift?

A minimum shift needs to be booked for atleast 2 hours. The shifts can be scheduled daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly
